Unit 2: Space- AJttCotE: Photoshop practice

Grey/blue scale with persception lines
Reversed, coloured but unfinished

This time on Photoshop with Photoshop Phil, we were given hints and tips on drawing space concept art with the foreground being dark and gets lighter as the layers goes behind the foreground. So looking at my influences from the maps, I was able to come up with this.
I was really happy with the result as this is completely differnt to what I would usually design and was really happy with the effects used on the lava using the tools and presets that Photoshop Phil has given us. Though the coloured version is reversed but unfinished, I'm very happy with the resulting look so far!! ^_^

Glad you have gone with the distant door, I love the questions the suggestion of this door makes me ask... I kind of want to read the book now.
