Here I have drawn several designs for the female fish that will appear in the Big fish's dreams. I've mostly looked at Shark's Tale, Finding Nemo and Tom and Jerry for the body structure. So far, I am liking number 11, 12 and 13 as their body are defined feminine.

ReplyDeleteHey Joey - the same advice applies here - I think you need to avoid 'clothing' her and 'humanising' her - because you've moved away from that in both your other character designs - and they're much more resolved as a result; I like what you're doing with the fins-as-frock, but go for a much more 'fish-like' head - use the big lips/big eyes approach - and consider this for further inspiration!
