Major Project: Making a splash

There is a sequence in the animation where water is introduced, the Steller's Sea Cow raises its head above the waters before swimming back under. Keeping to the idea of papered textures, I've used a water deformers along with some Photoshop animation for water droplets. The droplets were then taken into Maya and key framed to the specific time. I've had a mini tutorial from Jordan on Photoshop animation and so to get myself familiar with them, I've made a quick test before getting into grips with the droplets. I never knew Photoshop animation would be so much fun! :D
