Character Design Project: Alien Villain (Vándr) Turnaround

Here is the alien villain's turnaround, now named Vándr which is a Norse word for bad, evil. :) I've also included a version of what his body would be like if he was upright but doing this to me feels like the character lost its personality and would make things more confusing.

    Very Nice. I dont think the upright pose is needed unless the character would act like this (like from a flashback of a younger version). You are right - the shape you have designed has a lot of character, and this doesn't, so if you include it in the bible, it will weaken your design.
