I've been too excited to share this but to top off this year long project, my characters have been made into soft plushies!! These were awesomely made by Victoria from the US, a massive thank you for all your work!! :D
On Monday, my monster plushies have gone to have their very own professional photo shoot I was pretty nervous at this as photography isn't one of my best areas, but hey I gave it a go just for fun and to make these look as pro as I can. The results of these were really amazing comparing to the photos I've taken at home previously. Many special thanks to Robbie Munn for helping me out with this!!
I thought it would be really cool to turn my art of document into a book. Before ordering, I just want to make sure that everythings looks fine. If yous could check it out and let me know your thoughts please!!
I had to keep it a secret before the crit (sorry guys!!) just to keep everyone on their toes with me walking around with a box, but since the crit presentations all done, I'v been too excited to share this that my characters have been made into soft plushies!! These were awesomely made by Erikka from Canada- a massive thank you for all your hard work!!:D
Here are the Disk cover designs. I've made two versions- the crayon theme and the photoshop theme. I ended up going for the photoshop version since I think it looks much better and more colourful. :D
Just putting up some colour designs of the Anecdote Studios logo and the font colours that would go with it. The fonts used here are just the first two fonts from the previous 2 posts. @Team- Let me know which ones work best so I can start firing on with the blog background! :D
After taking in the feedback from team mates, here I have redesigned the logos with the spurs set in different directions. I've also added some effects to make it appear more 3D-ish, however numbers 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 I have added some thick lining around the edges to give it a stylized look. So far I am liking numbers, 2, 4 and 6.
After looking at the ideas we've all agreed on the idea of a cogwheel for our logo and an animated one for our ident which will be up soon. For the logo, Tom and I have been designated to design one. For the moment, here is some logo designs which that I came up with, the name font will be focused on later:
I've managed to create a branding logo to go with my project. I've based the font on the very first font used for the cancer cells design on Maya and I thought I would used them again as I felt it quite suited the characters especially when they're sitting on top or in front.
